Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so sign up early. Advance price deadline is July 16, 2010. Booth payments received after this date will be charged the regular booth rate. Payment must accompany booth reservation; booth assignments are not made until payment is received. Paying by the advance price deadline guarantees that your company will be listed in the Conference Program. Exhibitors agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Exhibitor Agreement.
