Registration Fees

Regular registration is any registration that does not qualify for any of the registration categories shown below. Regular registration entitles the registrant to attend all conference events except for the extra-cost intensive workshops on Wednesday.

To qualify for the discounted student registration rate you must be a full-time student working toward an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degree. Student registration entitles the registrant to attend all regular conference events. Students must show a valid student ID upon check-in.

Guest registration is for a family member or guest of an attendee over the age of 17. Guest registration includes entrance to the exhibit hall and social events, except for the Friday buffet luncheon. Registered guests may purchase tickets separately for the Friday buffet luncheon for $45. Guest registration does not include attendance to sessions. The guest must be registered at the same time as the attendee. Individuals under the age of 17 will not be permitted to attend the conference without adult supervision.

The One Day Pass is valid for one meeting day only, and is available for any of the meeting dates. You must indicate the day you intend to attend when purchasing the one day pass.

All badges will be issued at the meeting. Pre-registrants will receive their badge and program at the pre-registration check-in table at the meeting.

Pre-Registration Check-In

If you have pre-registered online for the Envision Conference, you should check in at the registration desk when you arrive to pick up your badge and attendee packet. The registration desk hours will be posted closer to Envision 2010.
