Advertising Information

Envision invites you to advertise in the Envision Conference program, include flyers in the attendee registration packet, and distribute advertising materials via a "Take One" display. 

Advertise In The Conference Program

Full Page Ad, $500
Half Page Ad, $300

Advertising space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Advertising applications and final camera-ready artwork must be received by the Envision Conference Exhibit Manager no later than July 16, 2010, for review and approval. The preferred electronic format is PDF. The program will be printed in B&W on 8.5” x 11” off-white stock.

Flyer Distribution

$500 per flyer. Flyers are distributed to all meeting attendees via insertion in the attendee registration packet. Flyers are limited in size to 8.5” x 11”.

Flyer copy must be received by the Envision Conference Exhibit Manager no later than July 16, 2010, for review and approval. Advertiser is responsible for shipping flyers to the hotel by September 18, 2010. Shipping instructions will be provided.

"Take One" Display

$200 per item. The Take One display is for the distribution of free brochures, cards, leaflets, magazines, and similar material which will be displayed prominently so that meeting participants can help themselves. The fee applies to each style or type of brochure, leaflet, booklet or other individual item. The Take One display includes a sign displaying your company's name calling attention to the free materials. Regular replenishment of the display materials will be done by Envision Conference staff. Item sequence is on a first-come, first -served basis. Unused materials will not be returned.

Item copy must be received by the Envision Conference Exhibit Manager no later than July 16, 2010 for review and approval. Advertiser is responsible for shipping items to the hotel by September 18, 2010. Shipping instructions will be provided.
